I've spent 35+ years obsessed with one thing: helping companies find, attract, and convert the right buyers. I was an early operator at ExactTarget and Eloqua — two platforms that defined modern marketing automation.
I've founded national conferences — the Integrated Marketing Summit (IMS) and DemandCon — built an 800M+ contact database, and helped brands from northAmerican Van Lines to Rug Goddess generate real pipeline.

Beyond the Resume
I'm a practicing Christian, and at the end of the day my philosophy is pretty simple: treat people the way you'd want to be treated. That's shaped how I've done business for 35 years.
I've been married to my wife Janice — the Rug Goddess — for over 20 years. We got married in a hot air balloon over Napa Valley, which tells you pretty much everything you need to know about us. We love a good bottle of wine, probably more than we should admit.
I have two daughters from a previous marriage, Rileigh (28), who lives in Round Rock, TX, and Carleigh (26), who's taken on New York City. Proud doesn't even cover it.
When I'm not building demand gen systems or geeking out on AI, you'll find me on the water, on the golf course, nose-deep in a good book, or planning our next trip. We're animal lovers, travelers, huge Kansas City Chiefs fans, and firmly believe life is too short for boring weekends.
